Theres only a very slight difference between using generic srgb and the ICC of my monitor. And since my monitors are limited to srgb by hardware. It's probably reading only the generic srgb which photoshop confirms. I don't know if I should now trust that the ICC is working. After seeing this I was kind of sure that it isn't accurate. So its not really reading the monitor profile that's set as default in windows colour management. In photoshop though in color settings even though I use srgb as workspace color, but I did check the list scrolling up and it shows as monitor profile srgb.
I might be wrong after seeing such dull colours for a long time. And non colour managed looks like before without any change.

Again contrary to you.Īfter reading your comment i went into colour management and change windows defaults which opens another color management like window there I deleted all the ICC profiles and then in the first color management window selected use my settings and the ICC as default.Īfter doing this the saturation in color managed software came to about normal. Perhaps I could try to help you figure out why nothing is working for you? And noticeably Chrome browsers are still not working properly. Surprisingly color management is now fully working in the Windows Photos app (it didn't a couple years ago when I switched to Irfanview because it didn't work. Color management is now 100% working same as Windows 10 for me in Affinity Photo and Clip Studio Paint. Might want to check your color management settings in windows too, when I installed windows 11 system defaults got reset.ĮDIT: I made a few changes in windows settings, and it now seems to work on other monitors for me in a few apps. (Effectively W11 color management is broken on all but my main display, where apps like Chrome used to change to the monitor's ICC profile when I moved the window to that display) Seems almost like it is doing system-wide color management which is super weird since windows 10 never did that. The non-main monitors seem to me all using the main monitor's ICC profile in all apps, including one that aren't color managed like Discord. My main monitor is wide-gamut so it really desaturates the colors to bring it down to sRGB. I'm having this issue but only on my non-main monitor.
